Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Chronopost delivers within 24 hours across France. For products going through our workshop, allow 4 to 5 business days. Express Uber Direct delivery in under 2 hours in the Paris area. Store pickup within 2 hours of notification.

Is delivery free?

Shipping costs are displayed before payment. Pickup at DBC workshop is always free.

Returns & refunds

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The return label is free and covered by DBC.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid label within 4 business hours.

How long does a refund take?

The refund is initiated within 2 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing takes approximately 3 to 5 additional business days.

Warranty

How long is the warranty?

All our refurbished products come with a 24-month commercial warranty, 12 months more than most of the market.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers internal technical defects, sudden and unforeseeable malfunctions, parts and labor included. It does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation or breakage.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and SEPA bank transfers. Payment is only charged upon shipment of your order.
