At DBC, every line of these Terms of Sale is designed to simplify your life: transparent pricing, human customer service and lightning-fast interventions on your refurbished devices.

1. Scope and acceptance
These General Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on dbcstore.fr. By confirming your purchase, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Definitions
- Buyer: any person (consumer or professional) purchasing a Product for non-commercial use.
- Products: refurbished or new electronic devices, accessories and associated services.
- Platform: dbcstore.fr website
3. Account creation and ordering
Creating an account is recommended but never mandatory: you can place an order as a "guest".
Express checkout: selection • cart • shipping/payment • confirmation. Payment constitutes a commitment to pay.
We confirm availability within 24 hours. If a Product is ultimately unavailable, we cancel and refund immediately.
4. Prices and payment methods
- Prices in euros including VAT, shown excluding any shipping costs.
- Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), SEPA bank transfer.
- Payment is charged upon shipment or pickup, never before your package moves.

Ownership and risk are transferred upon physical delivery of the package, once full payment has been received.
6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have 14 days to change your mind. A WhatsApp message, a call or an email is all it takes and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 4 business hours. You then have 14 days to ship the Product in its original condition.
We refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt, initial shipping costs included.
Exceptions: personalized items, opened in-ear headphones, unsealed sealed accessories.
7. Warranties
7.1 Legal warranties
- Conformity: 2 years (1 year for second-hand goods).
- Hidden defects: 2 years from discovery.
7.2 DBC commercial warranty — 24 months
- Instant interventions: 90% of repairs or exchanges are done on the spot at our workshop.
- Maximum commitment: never more than 3 business days to resolve an issue, original parts included.
- Zero fees: shipping, diagnostics and labor covered by DBC.
- Plan B: if repair is impossible or exceeds 3 days, you choose between equivalent replacement, 12-month store credit or full refund.
Exclusions: oxidation, breakage, normal battery wear, improper use.
8. After-sales service and complaints
A problem? Contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email. Guaranteed response < 24 business hours.
In case of persistent disagreement, you can contact the FEVAD e-commerce Mediator or the European Commission's ODR platform.
9. Liability
DBC is responsible for proper contract execution, except in cases of force majeure or obvious product misuse.
10. Personal data
We protect your data: limited processing, encrypted and GDPR-compliant. Exercise your rights at privacy@dbcstore.fr.
11. Intellectual property
All content (logos, text, photos) belongs to DBC or its partners.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
French law applies. The competent courts shall be those designated by the Code of Civil Procedure if no amicable solution is reached.
