A refurbished device is a second-hand product that has been restored. It has been used, then tested, repaired if necessary and certified compliant. It is functionally identical to a new one, but at a much lower price.
All our devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Very Good and Perfect grades benefit from 18 to 24 months of warranty. The warranty covers breakdowns and functional defects.
Chronopost delivers within 24 hours across France. For products going through our workshop, allow 4 to 5 business days. We also offer express Uber Direct delivery in under 2 hours in the Paris area.

Our devices are sold with their original reconditioned battery. Optionally, you can choose a new battery (+€30) for maximum battery life from day one.
Our grades reflect the cosmetic condition of the device, not its performance. Imperfect: visible marks, sometimes compatible parts. Good: light marks, Apple screen. Very Good: minimal marks. Perfect: impeccable condition, like new.
No, the internal memory of smartphones is not expandable. We recommend choosing the right storage capacity for your needs at the time of purchase.
